If you are new to vegetable gardening, winter squash is one of the easiest things that you can grow. It is also easy to store for a long time, in a cool dark place. It is also a food where you get a lot of bang for your buck.
Spaghetti squash is one of those winter squashes! And it is always good to have a couple recipes on hand for how to use it, so that you don’t grow tired of it quickly. And who doesn’t love alfredo sauce?
I hope you enjoy this recipe that I have chosen to feature this week! It has another added benefit of being low carb and keto friendly! I know I will be trying this very soon. 🙂
