This week in our Farm Fresh Tuesday Blog Hop, I am featuring a yummy recipe for spaghetti squash cauliflower alfredo sauce casserole....putting this on my must make soon list!

Winter Squash: One of the Easiest Vegetables to Grow!

If you are new to vegetable gardening, winter squash is one of the easiest things that you can grow. It is also easy to store for a long time, in a cool dark place. It is also a food where you get a lot of bang for your buck.

Spaghetti squash is one of those winter squashes! And it is always good to have a couple recipes on hand for how to use it, so that you don't grow tired of it quickly. And who doesn't love alfredo sauce?

I hope you enjoy this recipe that I have chosen to feature this week! It has another added benefit of being low carb and keto friendly! I know I will be trying this very soon. 🙂
